We provide round trip transportation from the main entrance of your hotel, Bed & Breakfast or vacation rental anywhere in Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Are the tour and tasting fees included?

YES! All event fees are included. We take care of everything and ensure that each of our itineraries are reserved and planned well in advance.
Do you operate tours everyday?

YES! We operate tours 7 days a week 365 days a year, weather permitting.
What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund will be issued when a cancellation request is received 48 hours prior to your reservation.
How many people are on your tours?

Group sizes are small up to a maximum passenger capacity of 14 people per vehicle; however on occasion we may use our larger 21 & 24 luxury mini-buses. We have the newest fleet in the industry.
Do you pick-up in the Toronto area?

For private tour groups, we will certainly offer pick up within Toronto and surrounding area.

For daily tours, unfortunately we do not offer pick up from the Toronto area.
Can I make a chaneg to my reservation?

In most cases, the confirmations are filtered into junk/spam folders. Please check for an email from info@niagaracrafttours.com. If you still do not see it, please send us an email with the date of your reservation, name the reservation is under and confirmation number (if you have it) and we will resend it to the email address entered at the time of booking.
